On the Reports page, you have two options for reporting by SubGroup
- Show Subgroups within a Group
- Add Subgroups separately
Step 1- Create the Subgroups

Step 2 - Create the Report format
Once you are happy with these, head on over to the 'Reports' tab and select the report in whichyou are looking to have subgroups showing.
From here, select ‘Edit’ and then ‘Edit Report’.

Option 1 - Use “Show Subgroups” to automatically display subgroups within a report
Click on the row to reveal the menu for Collapse level.
Select Show Subgroups.
Save the report.

Option 2 - Add each subgroup into the report as a separate row
Click ‘Click to Start’ and type in the subgroup name.
Select it. Note: You will know you have selected a subgroup as it will say ‘Financial Subgroup’ above your selection.
Ensure you click' Done' to add the row.


Just like that, you've now added the subgroup to your report!
