ScaleXP Invoicing lets you create customer invoices from a Salesforce opportunity and push them to Xero or QuickBooks Online, using the data already on the deal.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Salesforce administrator access, so you can install the package and edit the opportunity page.
- Xero or QuickBooks Online connected to ScaleXP.
- Your tenant token. The ScaleXP team sends this to you.
- Salesforce connected to ScaleXP. Go to Load Data > Connections > + Add a Connection and select Salesforce. If you have more than one entity, connect Salesforce in the parent organization. A single entity connects in its own organization. See What level of access does ScaleXP need to Salesforce?
