This video walks you through the setup of 2FA (two factor authentication) in ScaleXP.

2 Factor Authentication is configured in the parent company for consolidated companies and cascades to all subsidiaries automatically.

Setup can be found in Settings > Organisation Settings > 2 Factor Authentication.

Check the box to turn on for your org then log out and log back in to test.

If a user switches between child orgs or returns to the parent org, they will see the MFA screen each time unless they select Remember this device for 30 days.
