How to create a new organisation in ScaleXP; add a company

Learn how to seamlessly create a new organization in ScaleXP and streamline your project management processes effectively.

To add a new entity such as a company, subsidiary, or new consolidated oganisation in ScaleXP, use this link: app.scalexp.com/onboarding/organisation-info 

Note: this link is only for existing ScaleXP users creating new organisations.  

  • New customers need to create a new account on the main ScaleXP login page.  
  • To log into an existing ScaleXP account, use this link: app.scalexp.com/

 

If you are already logged into an existing ScaleXP account, you will immediately see a screen enabling you to enter details for the new company that looks something like this:  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are not logged in already, you will see the standard ScaleXP login screen. If you see this screen, log in to ScaleXP as normal, then re-enter the link above to see the screen to create a new company. If you are a new user, then use "Sign up" to create a user login and create the new company. If your new company is a subsidiary of an existing one, please contact support@scalexp.com to get the two companies connected
