How can I see how many licenses are being used?

How to see how many user licenses or seats are in use on your ScaleXP plan under Settings > Team Members.

To see how many licenses are being used, go to 'Settings', 'Team Members.' The total number of people listed in 'Your team' is the number of licenses currently being used.
