How do I set the default budget or forecast?

How to set the default budget or forecast for a reporting entity from Load Data > Budgets & Forecasts.

To set the default budget for a reporting entity, go to Load Data (top bar)>Budgets & Forecasts (left sidebar)>Assign Default (far right of budget box). The currently assigned default budget will be shown in green and say Default Budget (right side).
