How do I update budget FX rates?   How do I change my budget exchange rates?  How do I provide my own FX rate for my budgets?

To set fixed rates for converting your budgets between currencies, go to Load Data (top bar),>Budget FX Rates (left sidebar).

If no rate is set in this table, the table will automatically update each month to most recent historic rates. Once rates are set, they will remain fixed until/unless changed again.

To see currency exchange rates for actuals, use the table in the top right corner of the Reports tab, as discussed in FX Rates: What foreign exchange rate is being used?
