This article covers how to set the date format in ScaleXP.

Select the format which best corresponds to the text in the invoices associated with that accounting entity: British (Day Month Year) or American (Month Day Year).

Set the date format when you first connect your accounting system.

After that, date format is found in Load Data (tab at top)>Connections> three dots menu>Configure>5. Date format. It can be changed by emailing support@scalexp.com
