If your credit card balances are not reporting correctly in ScaleXP, it may be that they are not correctly configured in Load Data. Go to Load Data, Configure P&L, BS and select Balance Sheet. Select the credit card accounts in Cash Balances and drag them into Current Liabilities. This should produce correct balance sheet reporting in ScaleXP.
