Getting started with QuickBooks

We want to ensure that getting started with ScaleXP is quick and easy.  As such, all new customers are onboarded via a 1 hour Zoom.  In this time, we will:
  • Connect QuickBooks and ScaleXP
  • Map your financial accounts
  • Connect your CRM system:  Hubspot, Salesforce (optional)
  • The system will recommend KPIs based on your sector and stage of growth.  We will review these and select others that might be appropriate
  • Review the dashboard, metrics and KPIs and skeletal presentations.  
After the onboarding process is complete, we will send you three reference emails highlighting  ways to benefit from additional functionality in the system:
  • How to build your first custom report;
  • How to edit the Dashboard;
  • How to create a new presentation.
With this, you will have everything you need to use the system, confident that the initial data is correct and with the power to extend the functionality.
