If you have uploaded a budget but your budget is not showing up as expected in your report or chart, check for the following possible issues::

  1. Your report is not set to the correct budget.
To check this, go to Reports (top bar)>Edit (top right)>Edit Report>Columns and check the drop down menu for the budget column you are using.  If it is set to "default Budget", check that the default Budget is the one you intended. (See below).
  2. Your chart is not set to the correct budget.
To check this, go to the chart and click on the three dots (top right of chart)>Configure Chart>Chart Series (top left).  Scroll down to the Series set as Budget.  Check to ensure it is the one you want.  If it is set to "default Budget", check that the default Budget is the one you intended. (See below).
  3. You are in a consolidated company and not all the subsidiaries have been included.
To check this, go to Load Data (top bar) >Budgets & Forecasts (left sidebar) and look at the budget you are using.  (See above to check which budget you are using in a report or chart).
  4. The "default Budget" is not the one you intended.
To check this, go to Load Data (top bar) >Budgets & Forecasts (left sidebar).  The "default budget" is the one highlighted in green.  It will say "Default Budget" at the far right.  To change the default Budget, click on "Assign Default" (far right) of the Budget you wish to use.
