If the figures on Dashboards do not match the reports on the Customers page for the same time period, it is likely one of the following:
- You have not selected the Customers page report selected for global reporting, with the globe icon next to it, so the filters are not the same.
- Your Customer page time period filters are excluding some invoices which are included in Dashboards. Try setting filters on the Customers page to include future dates, in case the Dashboards are picking up invoices booked in the current period which impact prior months. This will ensure the figures are the same.
