What is the rule for reactivated versus new customers?

A customer is considered "new" if it has not been a customer in the 12 months prior to the first month of a report. A customer is considered "reactivated" if it has been a customer any time in the 12 months prior to the first month of a report. Note that this is based on the report view dates, not the reporting month -- so changing the report view can move customers between "new" and "reactivated".
