• Use the "Share" button at the top right of the page. 
•  Then select "Share Pages" and choose the sharing options you prefer. You can choose view only or edit. 

All the reports on the Customer tab can also be downloaded into Excel.  

To download a report, select the report you want,  ensuring filters are set as you wish to download them. Then go to the cog (top right of the page) 

Then click Download to Excel
