This tutorial shows the steps required to build a 3-month Active Customer Waterfall chart, but the steps can be used to create any waterfall chart you require.

Adjust Existing Charts for YTD or Custom Months

You are able to create a default chart and change the timeframe you are displaying with 1 click of a button!

When configuring the chart, you are able to select the period to include; either ‘Months’ or ‘Year To Date’ and the data will automatically be spread across that timeframe.

Automatic Color Change for Positive and Negative Figures

On the same menu as above, you are able to select what color you would like the system to display if it detects a positive integer or negative.
